Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Rocky Bowboa Pet Waste Removal L.L.C. services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide weekly pet waste removal for residential and commercial properties in our service area. Waste is bagged and left in your trash bin by default, or hauled away if you add that option. A confirmation photo is sent after each visit.

3. Billing & Cancellation

Service is billed monthly (every 4 weeks) or quarterly (every 12 weeks) at your choice. There is no contract. You may cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. Vacation holds of up to 4 weeks are available in place of cancellation. Billing details are confirmed at signup; no cash handling is required.

4. Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your yard and to disclose any dog aggression or reactivity at signup. If a safety note is on file, we will text before every visit to confirm it is safe to enter. We reserve the right to require your dog be secured indoors during service if safety concerns recur. We will not enter a yard we cannot safely access.

5. Weather & Service Interruptions

We work rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. If we must skip a visit, we will notify you and catch up on your next scheduled visit.

6. SMS Text Messaging Consent (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and consenting at signup, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Rocky Bowboa Pet Waste Removal L.L.C., including service confirmations, reminders, route updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Opting out of SMS does not cancel your service.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by pets, pre-existing yard conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service visit in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
