How overgrown is too overgrown?
Grass needs to be at a normal, mowable height so we can safely find everything. If it's taller than that, mow first (or tell us — we'll reschedule around your mow day). We always text; we never just skip.
Do you bring the waste with you?
By default it's double-bagged and left in your bin. Want it gone entirely? Ask for haul-away when you book.
How fast can you come out?
Usually within a few days — Prairieville, Gonzales, Dutchtown, Geismar, St. Amant, and Sorrento are on our weekly routes already, so we can often slot a one-time job the same week you call.
